Tyler Quintanilla

Pitching Coach

My name is Tyler Quintanilla, I am the Assistant Director for Legends Camps in Marin as well as the Pitching Coach for the Legacy Collegiate Summer Team. I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and spent my high school career playing for local tournament teams such as Gameprep Baseball Academy and California Warriors.

I went on to play for College of Marin before being recruited to play for Hawaii Pacific University. I spent the summer of 2021 in Wisconsin playing in the Dairyland Collegiate League.

I ended my career as a starting pitcher for American River College where I was nominated for All Conference Pitcher of the Year. Through my time playing, I have had the privilege of learning from knowledgeable coaches such as Preston Vancil, Anthony Granato, and Steve Berringer. I have been able to take this knowledge and apply it as a coach for our up and coming baseball stars.
